SmartCoach is designed to enable and facilitate in-house coaching / mentoring programs, and ensure maximum engagement and accountability of those involved.
Who are the target audience?
We provide this application to organizations. The application shall help organizations strengthen their ability to develop their talent by focusing on their mentorship journey. Our application shall hand-hold both the mentor and the mentee to maximize their experience throughout the mentorship journey.
Is this an existing service?
Our application is a tool to help our consulting projects that is subscription-based. We (ECI) consult organizations to strengthen their management capability and our application helps us in the implementation process. How do users create an account?
Our users are employees of organizations. Therefore, all the users are subscription-based and the organizations will provide us a list of users and we will create the accounts for them.
